What we collect
- If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, website and whatever you tell us about your business.
- If you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and gives us your name, email and payment status. We never see or store your card number.
- Our hosting and email providers may see technical details such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site or send mail.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver the service.
- To invoice you and meet our tax obligations.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Our email and hosting providers handle email and the website. They may store data outside New Zealand. We only share what is needed to run the service or when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies or analytics. If that changes, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and invoices for as long as we need them to deliver the service and meet legal and tax requirements, then we delete or archive them.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are allowed to. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
